Wilbur Raymond King (1894 – ??) was a gifted classic tattooist who rode the rails and traveled with the circus and the carny circuit. He was deaf from birth. One can only imagine how his drawings became an outlet for expression. King opened up his shop in Kentucky as his work found its place in tattoo history.
